Expansion of idea: Be the change you want to see.

Be the Change You want to See   The proverb 'be the change you want to see' simply means that if we want to bring or see any kind or any type of changes in our community then we cannot insist or pressure the community to follow the change. First the same kind of change should be start from you.   For example, only when we are punctual, we can teach others on values of punctuality. Similarly, if we want our country to be corruption free then we should stop giving bribes to save our skin.   Hence, it is rightly said by our great leaders that 'We should be the change that we want to see in our world'.

Expansion of Idea: Better late than never

Better late than never         The proverb 'Better late than never' means that finishing something later is preferable than not finishing at all. This phrase is often said to someone who has not completed a task on time as a way of both admonishing them and encouraging them.       People often feel that, if they have not started anything on time and are way behind their peers, then it is possibly not worth the try. However, unless one gives a try, how could one ascertain that the same is not worth the money. It is not necessary that if you have started last would finish last. Take example of a student who started his study late doesn't mean that he would score less, though he started late but through his continuous determination and smart work, he can score very good marks.      Thus, the proverb suggest that though you started late or reached late somewhere but it's never too late if you takes up something with vigour and zeal.
